Mission Statement

The mission of this Committee is to promote the best economic well-being for the Great State of Florida. Jobs for Florida will promote conservative leaders who will work to create a business friendly environment that will both attract new business as well as allow our current ones to flourish.


Jobs for Florida is a political committee, organized pursuant to Chapter 106, Florida Statues, and is an independent and autonomous organization, not affiliated with any political party. The Committee is not a branch or subsidiary of any national, state or local political committee. The PC has been empowered to raise funds for the purpose of promoting a sound business environment by: Educating its members about political candidates and issues affecting matters of interest and concern to the PC; assisting its members in organizing themselves for effective political action; to make contributions to political committees, political parties, electioneering communications organizations, or to individuals seeking state or local office to the extent permitted by law; to operate a political committee in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 106, Florida Statutes, as it now exists or may hereafter be amended; and to do any and all things necessary or desirable for the attainment of these purposes.

Floridians have complete access to all financial records through this public website jobsforflorida.co. Jobs for Florida discloses the names of contributors to and expenditures from the PC on this website. Furthermore, no officer or director of this PC will solicit, cause to have solicited or accept any contributions on behalf of Jobs for Florida during a regular or special Session of the Florida Legislature.

Jobs for Florida was founded by Senator Wilton Simpson, Florida Senate District 10. Senator Simpson is the Chair of Jobs for Florida.  Senator Kelli Stargel is also affiliated with Jobs for Florida.
